20 Premium Hard Maple Slices – Canada

Crafted from 20 premium slices of Canadian hard maple, each with a distinct grain pattern. The 18-degree slices are CNC-cut with high precision. Every slice undergoes strict quality control to ensure straightness, durability, consistent weight, and visual aesthetics. All unstable or low-grade wood blanks are completely eliminated.

Independent Radial Compression

The 20 slices are carefully arranged based on a scientific layout to ensure maximum stability and performance. They are then pressed using an independent radial compression system, where force is applied uniformly to each slice. This process runs continuously for a minimum of 8 hours to ensure the adhesive fully cures. After pressing, the laminated shaft blank undergoes extended evaluation to verify quality before becoming a finished product.
