Compact in size at 45 × 18 × 27 cm, yet weighing 27 kg, the machine features a welded frame made from 8 mm thick steel plates. This heavy-duty construction ensures rock-solid stability during operation.

As a tip and ferrule replacement machine, its primary functions match its name: from drilling and hollowing the tenon hole, shaping the tenon, machining the ferrule and tip, to rounding the tip until fully finished. The machine can also craft its own custom cone-shaped collet to securely center the shaft during operation, as shown in the video. The X-axis sliding table is rotatable, allowing adjustments to precisely match the taper of any cue shaft.

The machine is built with high-quality components — including motor, bearings, and chuck — ensuring reliable performance for at least 10 years of operation.

Includes a specialized cutter for tip and ferrule replacement, high-grade reamer, and shaft collet — ready to use right out of the box.
