Shipping & Payment Policy

At KHOA Cues, we do not only deliver billiard cues crafted with optimum precision and premium finishes, but we also commit to bringing absolute peace of mind throughout your playing journey. With a customer-centric business philosophy, the following policies are established clearly and professionally, while maintaining a flexible, "fair and reasonable" approach to ensure the best interests of our players.

Shipping

I. SHIPPING POLICY & SHIPPING RISK

KHOA Cues supports fast and safe delivery directly to our customers, no matter where you are.


1. Domestic Shipping (Vietnam)

  • Free Nationwide Shipping (Freeship): Applied to all orders paid 100% in advance.
  • Cash on Delivery (Ship COD): Shipping fees apply (customers pay the shipping fee directly to the courier upon receiving the goods).


2. International Shipping (Export)

  • For orders shipped abroad, customers are requested to pay 100% of the product value and international shipping fees in advance.
  • Import Taxes Note: Depending on the legal regulations of your country, international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These taxes (if any) shall be paid directly by the customer to the local customs office or courier in your country.
  • Customs Delays: KHOA Cues commits to handing over the goods to the shipping carrier on time. We are exempt from liability for any delivery delays arising from customs inspections or holding procedures by the importing country's customs authority.


3. Packaging Standards & Shipping Insurance

  • Every product is strictly checked for straightness and packaged according to export standards (carefully wrapped in shockproof and moisture-proof materials) before leaving our workshop.
  • Goods are shipped via leading, reputable express couriers to ensure the fastest delivery time, or via other shipping methods depending on a mutual private agreement.
  • For International Orders: Damage risks during transit will be handled through third-party parcel insurance (DHL, FedEx, UPS...). We always encourage international customers to purchase full shipping insurance to ensure a 100% compensation claim from the courier in the event of impact damage, breakage, or loss in transit.


Payment

II. PAYMENT & DEPOSIT METHODS


1. For In-Stock Orders

  • Direct Payment at Workshop (100%): Applied to customers who visit, try out products, and pick up their orders directly at KHOA Cues workshop. (You can easily locate our workshop on Google Maps or Apple Maps by searching for "KHOA Cues").
  • Advance Bank Transfer (100%): Applied to nationwide delivery orders. We will package and express-ship the cue directly to you for free.
  • For International Customers: Payment is accepted in USD or EUR via international bank transfer (Wire Transfer/SWIFT) or other agreed payment gateways. Customers are requested to cover all intermediary bank transaction fees to ensure KHOA Cues receives 100% of the invoiced value.


2. For Custom-Made Orders (Custom Cues)

To allow our workshop to begin preparation and custom craftsmanship to your exact specifications, our flexible deposit and balance payment process is applied as follows:

  • Initial Deposit Amount:
    • For standard custom orders (based on existing models): A deposit of 20% of the order value is required.
    • For highly personalized custom orders: To ensure the uniqueness of personalized cues (such as products featuring custom name engraving or special specifications: custom length, custom weight, non-standard joints...), a deposit of at least 50% of the order value is required.
  • Balance Payment Methods (After the workshop completes the cue and sends photos/videos for your approval):
    • Option 1 - 100% Advance Transfer of the Balance: Once the completed product is approved via photos/videos, you pay the remaining balance. KHOA Cues will provide free nationwide shipping (Freeship) directly to your door.
    • Option 2 - Cash on Delivery (Ship COD): You pay the remaining balance directly to the courier upon delivery and inspection. For this option, you are requested to cover the shipping cost and COD collection service fee (applied according to the policy in Section 3 below).
    • Option 3 - Pickup at Workshop: You are welcome to visit our workshop, test your cue, and pay the remaining balance in cash or via direct bank transfer at KHOA Cues.


3. Cash on Delivery (Ship COD) Policy

  • For the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, free shipping does not apply.
  • The customer will cover the shipping fee, COD collection fee, and parcel insurance fee (if any) charged by the courier service.
  • Note: Usually, the total additional cost for these services is under 100,000 VND. If the service fee exceeds 100,000 VND, KHOA Cues staff will contact you to confirm the exact amount before dispatching the order.
