Return & Exchange Policy

1. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Customers may return or exchange products within 7 days of receipt, provided that:

• The product does not match the original order specifications.
• The product has manufacturing defects.
• The return/exchange has been approved and confirmed by KHOA.

Note:

If the return is due to a change of mind, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged based on the total order value. Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.

This policy does not apply to:

• Custom-made products
• Promotional or discounted items

2. Return/Exchange & Refund Method

• Product Exchange: If available, KHOA will exchange for an equivalent item.
• Refund: If no replacement is available, KHOA will issue a refund as follows:
  • Customers in Ho Chi Minh City may visit us in person for exchange or cash refund.
  • Remote customers will receive a refund via bank transfer.
