Warranty - Shipping - Payment
Warranty
At KHOA, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer a comprehensive warranty for all products manufactured by KHOA. We understand that rigid rules may not always fit real-world situations, so we emphasize flexibility and customer care to ensure the best after-sales experience.
We offer free technical defect warranty for up to 3 years, as follows:
- Butt: 3-year warranty.
- Shaft: During the warranty period, we will replace any shaft free of charge if it suffers from serious defects such as warping over 5mm (measured from a flat surface to the shaft body) or joint separation in spliced shafts. Specific warranty periods by shaft type:
- One-piece shaft: 6 months
- 10-slice shaft: 12 months
- 20-slice shaft: 18 months
Shipping
Domestic Shipping (within Vietnam)
We offer free nationwide shipping for all prepaid orders. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a shipping fee will apply.
All items are carefully packaged and shipped via express delivery services to your provided address. In some cases, delivery may be arranged through other methods as agreed by both parties.
International Shipping
For orders shipped outside Vietnam, customers are kindly requested to prepay both the product cost and international shipping fee.
Payment
1. 100% payment upon delivery: Applicable for orders picked up directly at the KHOA factory. See our location on Google Maps or Apple Maps.
2. 100% prepayment via bank transfer: Applicable for all orders delivered nationwide (excluding method 1). Once payment is received, the order will be shipped via express delivery services.
3. For custom cues: A 20% deposit is required to start production. The remaining 80% is paid either:
- upon pickup (applies to method 1), or
- after the cue is completed and ready for shipment (applies to method 2).
4. Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders (Vietnam only): Free shipping does not apply. Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee, COD service fee, and insurance fee (if any). These fees typically total under 100,000 VND. If the amount exceeds 100,000 VND, we will notify the customer before confirming the shipment.
