Inlay Cues are cues with patterns made by inlaying wood, plastic or stone slices directly to them. Inlaying is the act of creating slots in the surface of the cue to be filled with slices with compatible shapes and sizes, creating decorative patterns. The Inlay Cues line is highly durable. Patterns on the cues will never fade through time and can be repainted many times over without affecting their quality.
KHOA Cues’ Inlay Cues are inlaid with the most modern method available. The putting of slices and designing of patterns are pre-progammed and automatically performed by the CNC machine. This creates sophisticated patterns with high-precision. All processes are undertook by KHOA Cues, from pattern-designing to programming and manufacturing on the CNC machine, up to the end of the production procedure. That is how we ensure the highest-quality products to customers.
All KHOA Cues’ Inlay models’ cores are Canadian hard maple all the way through. This core helps:
- Improves products’ straightness and durability.
- Stabilizes the weight of the cues.
- Maximizes energy transfer from the shaft into the cue ball at impact, assists when combined with rougher and less flexible types of wood.
Customers can choose to upgrade to 20-slice or 12-slice of maple wood core to attain the best straightness and durability.
The Inlay cues are available for 3 different types of billiards: libre cues (for carom billiards, freestyle billiards), 3-cushion or 1-cushion billiards, pool or snooker. Each type of cues will be made with its own measurements and standardized weights to fit for each type of billiards.
